Roommate Policy – International Tours

International tour pricing is based on double occupancy.

Passengers traveling alone must either:

• Pay the single-occupancy supplement, or

• Authorize Epic Tours LLC to assign a gender-matched roommate.

Passengers accepting an assigned roommate understand that:

• Roommate assignments are final and non-refundable.

• Epic Tours LLC does not guarantee compatibility.

• The passenger agrees to cooperate respectfully and hold Epic Tours LLC harmless for any roommate-related issues.
