May 10, Sunday — Departure from the USA
Depart from your U.S. gateway city (JFK) on an overnight international flight to Israel. Enjoy onboard meals and rest as you prepare for the journey ahead.
May 11, Monday — Arrival in Israel
Arrive in Israel at 5:00 PM. After clearing immigration and customs, transfer directly to your hotel for rest and recovery following the long international flight.

May 12, Tuesday — Welcome to Israel
Begin the tour along Israel’s Mediterranean coast, passing by Tel Aviv, the country’s modern cultural and economic center. Continue to Caesarea, an impressive Roman harbor city featuring aqueducts, theaters, and ruins from Herodian and Roman periods. Travel inland through the Valley of Armageddon, a fertile plain historically used as a major trade and military route, and visit Megiddo, an archaeological mound revealing layers of ancient civilizations. Visit Nazareth Village (depending on time). End the day driving toward the Sea of Galilee, surrounded by rolling hills and farmland.

May 13, Wednesday — Galilee Region Overview
Explore the Galilee region beginning at Capernaum, an ancient fishing village with synagogue ruins and residential remains. Spend time around the Sea of Galilee, taking in the landscape that shaped daily life in the region. Visit the Mount of Beatitudes, a gentle hillside offering sweeping views of the lake, followed by a traditional boat ride providing perspective from the water itself. Conclude the day for baptism at the Jordan River, a historically significant waterway flowing south toward the Dead Sea.

May 14, Thursday — Jordan Valley & Dead Sea Region
Travel south through the Jordan Valley to Beit Shean, one of the most complete Roman cities in the region, with colonnaded streets, bathhouses, and a theater. Ascend Masada, a desert fortress dramatically overlooking the Dead Sea, known for its engineering and strategic importance. View the lush desert oasis of Ein Gedi, then view Qumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered among ancient ruins near the caves.

May 15, Friday — Jerusalem
Begin the day on the Mount of Olives, offering one of the most iconic panoramic views of Jerusalem’s Old City and Temple Mount area. Visit the Garden of Gethsemane, an ancient olive grove at the base of the mount. Continue to the Southern Steps, the original pilgrimage entrances used during the Second Temple period, and explore the City of David, revealing Jerusalem’s earliest settlement, water systems, and archaeological foundations.

May 16, Saturday — Jerusalem
Visit the Western Wall, a surviving retaining wall of the Second Temple complex and a central place of prayer today. Walk through the Jewish Quarter, featuring restored synagogues, plazas, and archaeological remains, and conclude at the Upper Room, located on Mount Zion within a historic structure.

May 17, Sunday — Jerusalem
Visit the Temple Mount (subject to access), one of the most historically significant locations in Jerusalem. Continue to the Temple Institute, dedicated to the study of the ancient Temple and its artifacts, followed by time again at the Western Wall. At 3:00 PM, arrive at International Biblical College Jerusalem for a group service with the local Jerusalem community. End the day on Ben Yehuda Street, a lively pedestrian boulevard filled with cafés and shops.

May 18, Monday — Jerusalem
Visit Caiaphas’ House, an ancient site with ritual baths and historical remains. Walk portions of the Via Dolorosa, the historic street winding through the Old City. Spend reflective time at the Garden Tomb, set in a peaceful garden environment, and conclude at the Israel Museum, home to Israel’s premier archaeological and cultural collections, including the Shrine of the Book.

May 19, Tuesday — Israel to Jordan
Cross from Israel into Jordan via the border crossing, then travel to Mount Nebo, a scenic overlook providing views across the Jordan Valley and Dead Sea. Continue south to Petra, arriving in the evening.

May 20, Wednesday — Petra & Dead Sea
Spend the morning exploring Petra, the ancient Nabataean capital carved into rose-colored rock, including the Siq, Treasury, and surrounding structures. In the afternoon, travel north to the Dead Sea for rest and relaxation at the lowest elevation on earth.

May 21, Thursday — Farewell Day
Enjoy a final morning at the Dead Sea before departing Jordan at noon. Re-enter Israel, drive through Jerusalem, and gather for a farewell dinner reflecting on the journey. Transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for a 9:00 PM check-in and midnight departure to the USA.
May 22, Friday — Return to the USA
Arrive at JFK at 5:40 AM and connect to your onward flight home.

As of January 1st, 2025, travelers to Israel must have a valid visa or ETA-IL approval before starting their journey. Each passenger must submit this request online. The cost is $7.00 per person (as of December, 2025).
RESERVATIONS AND CONDITIONS. A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 paid immediately upon reservation. Final payment of balance due no later than March 15, 2026.
CANCELLATIONS. Cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received 60 days or less prior to departure will have to pay 80% of the tour cost. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to departure will have to pay 100% of the tour cost.
ACCOMODATIONS: International Tour Roommate Assignment & Conduct Policy
International tour pricing is based on double occupancy.
Passengers registering without a designated roommate must select one of the following options:
SINGLE OCCUPANCY
Passengers may purchase the published single-occupancy supplement, subject to availability.
Epic Tours Roommate Assignment
If a passenger does not secure their own roommate and does not purchase the single-occupancy option, Epic Tours LLC reserves the exclusive right to assign a roommate, matched by gender.
By authorizing Epic Tours LLC to assign a roommate, the passenger acknowledges and agrees that:
• Roommates will be matched by gender; however, Epic Tours LLC makes no guarantee of compatibility based on personality, habits, age, culture, language, or lifestyle.
• International accommodations may reflect local standards, customs, and room configurations that differ from U.S. expectations.
• Roommate assignments are final, non-refundable, and non-changeable once confirmed.
• The passenger agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful, cooperative, and Christ-honoring manner toward their roommate.
• Epic Tours LLC, its officers, agents, tour hosts, and international partners are released, indemnified, and held harmless from any claims, disputes, dissatisfaction, or discomfort arising from shared accommodations.
• Requests for room changes or refunds due to roommate incompatibility cannot be accommodated once travel has commenced.
Passengers who desire guaranteed privacy are strongly encouraged
to purchase the single-occupancy supplement.
Married Couples & Special Requests
• Married couples traveling together will be roomed together when registered accordingly.
• Medical or mobility-related accommodation requests must be submitted in writing at the time of registration and are subject to availability.
• Roommate changes based on personal preference are not permitted.
NO SHOW. If medical reasons require cancellation, certification must be presented by a hospital and accepted by the airlines and suppliers. Refunds will only be made as available from suppliers less a $400.00 administrative fee. Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended. There will be no refund for services or sightseeing rendered and not used by a tour member.
TOUR CANCELLATION. In the event a required number is not reached prior to departure, EPICtours, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL, withdraw or change the tour in part or in whole at any time, should EPICtours and its Associates deem it to be necessary. Epic Tours declares that its sole obligation is to refund payments made and received in connection to this tour, should the tour not be acceptable to the tour members.
RESPONSIBILITY. The passenger has the responsibility to obtain a valid passport from their country of origin and/or citizenship. A copy of the photo/dates pages shall be sent to the EPICtours LLC office immediately upon registration or as soon as it is acquired. In any case, the copy must be in the EPICtours office no later than 90 days prior to departure. PASSPORTS MUST BE CURRENT. PASSPORTS CANNOT EXPIRE LESS THAN 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF DEPARTURE.
INSURANCE. We highly recommend purchasing travel and medical insurance for your trip. You may wish to explore options such as Travel Guard, your local AAA office, or consult a trusted travel agency in your area. Please note: the sooner you purchase insurance, the more favorable the rates tend to be. My Epic Tours does not provide travel or health insurance.
LAND ONLY CHOICE. Passengers who elect to make independent air travel arrangements shall be charged for land arrangements only, with the airfare component deducted from the total tour price, subject to the provisions of Section [Cancellations and Refunds]. Any passenger arriving in Tel Aviv at a time other than the group’s scheduled arrival shall be solely responsible for all transfer arrangements and associated costs required to join the group at the designated hotel. Epic Tours LLC shall have no responsibility or liability for delays, missed services, additional expenses, or losses arising from independently arranged air travel, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or failure to arrive in time to participate in scheduled group services, as further set forth in Section [Limitation of Liability]. No refunds, credits, or compensation shall be issued for any missed services resulting from such independent travel arrangements, in accordance with Section [No-Show / Missed Services].
Passenger agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Epic Tours LLC from any claims, costs, or damages arising from independently arranged travel.
Epic Professional Associates, LLC (EPA,LLC/EPICtours), and their Agents assume no liability or responsibility for any injuries or loss of property, accident, delay, changes in schedule or itinerary or incidental damages, occasioned by circumstances beyond the control of EPA,LLC/ EPICtours, or by any person or reason whatsoever, including but not limited to default or omission of and by any third party providing services or facilities related to or included in this tour or any part thereof or in arranging for same. The carriers, steamship firms and any other transportation companies whose services are featured in these tours are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the passengers are not on board their respective conveyance. The passage contract in use by these companies, when issued, shall constitute the contract between the companies and the purchaser of these tours and/or passenger and MY EPIC TOURS assumes no liability or responsibility in connection therewith.
